There are so many ways to source candidates for your vacancy, so why use us?

We don’t want to go on about how great we are, but we do believe you will benefit from knowing the following, so forgive us but here comes the sales pitch…

• We know what we are talking about. Our managing director, Clair Berry, owns and runs the business, and she is on hand to give you the full benefit of her experience with your vacancies both now and in the future.
• Value for money. When we place someone with you we charge a fee. Probably about the same as any accountancy agency would charge. But there’s a real difference with us. We are with you for the long haul. If for some reason things don’t work out (we live in the real world) we aren’t going to quibble about money. We’ll find you a replacement or we’ll give you your money back (within reason) – we’ll want you to see how big we are in the face of a challenge.
• Ethics. We treat people how we would like to be treated in business.
• Inside knowledge. All we have done all day, (nearly!) every day since 1997 is talk to accountants, so we know the very best of the available candidates in your area. As an aside, we have such a strong network of contacts in the accountancy profession that the best person for your vacancy might just be someone we happen to know, but who isn’t actively looking…
• No flannel. With the exception of points 1-4 above!
