Accounts & Payroll Assistant
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced accounts and payroll assistant to join one of the area’s leading companies. You will report to the financial controller and be a key member of the accounts team while also supporting payroll for two weeks of each month.
Key duties in overview are:
- Purchase ledger data entry and assisting with payment runs and enquiries.
- Month end reconciliations.
- Entering employee details to the payroll system.
- Processing monthly payroll and issuing payment confirmations.
- Starter/leaver administration.
- HMRC compliance.
Our ideal candidate for this varied and important role, will have strong ledger maintenance experience as well as being proficient in the use of payroll systems and associated administration.
