Accounts Assistant

This is an excellent new temporary assignment with a modern and established business which has its head office in Worthing. Reporting to the finance manager, you will have responsibility for managing the purchase ledger inbox with all the accounts, administration and organisational duties that this requires! You will have responsibility for dealing effectively and professionally with suppliers, managing their expectations and ensuring payments are made within internal and external agreements.  The role will also involve reconciliations and input to Excel spreadsheets so you will need to be a bright and efficient person with an aptitude for accountancy applications and processes.
